Highness Microelectronics Secures Order For Ruggedised TVM Displays

Highness Microelectronics Limited has informed the stock exchange that it has received a purchase order for the supply of ruggedised displays for ticket vending machines to be deployed at metro and urban mobility stations. The intimation was submitted to BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and quoted company scrip code 544741. The company said the order relates to the supply obligation specified in the purchase order.

Details supplied by the company stated that the customer name is withheld for confidentiality and that the buyer is a domestic technology and automation solutions company operating in the transportation and digital infrastructure sector. The contract is described as a domestic supply agreement for ruggedised displays intended for ticket vending machines at metro and urban mobility locations. The company conveyed that the significant terms are as per the purchase order.

The purchase order specifies an execution window from five September 2026 to 10 September 2026 as per the terms of the order. The broad consideration for the order is approximately Rs 10.7 million (mn), inclusive of taxes and freight, following conversion from the figure reported in crores. This level of contract value represents a discrete project order to be completed within the stated period.

The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the customer and that the order does not constitute a related party transaction. Highness Microelectronics stated that the supply will be executed from its manufacturing facilities in Mumbai and that the transaction details were filed in accordance with SEBI circular requirements. The company said the order will be recorded as revenue on completion and will be reflected in periodic disclosures required by the listing agreement.
