Koraam Secures Two Point Zero Seven Megawatt Solar Pump Mounting Order

Koraam, powered by Kosol Energie Pvt Ltd, has executed a two point zero seven megawatt (MW) solar module mounting structure order for Lubi Industries LLP in Maharashtra, signalling an expansion in India’s agricultural solar segment. The project will support deployment of solar powered agricultural water pumps and comprised supply of 492 mounting structures across system categories for three horsepower (hp), five horsepower (hp) and seven point five horsepower (hp) pumps. The structures were manufactured to emphasise durability and efficiency for rural conditions.

Engineered with precision, the mounting systems were produced using hot dip galvanised iron and pre galvanised materials to withstand challenging rural environments and to ensure long term performance. The designs were approved by Shri Vile Parle Institute of Technology (SVIT) and are rated to endure wind speeds of up to 150 kilometres per hour (kmph) in line with tender specifications. The pile foundation conforms to IS 2911 and the assemblies allow adjustable tilt angles and directional alignment for year round optimisation of solar capture.

Kosol Energie has been recognised among leading global solar manufacturers for manufacturing excellence and continued innovation in high efficiency solar modules that enable space optimisation and cost effectiveness. The Koraam vertical focuses on solar farming and agro?photovoltaic solutions and acts as a channel partner under the PM Kusum Scheme to deploy pump systems across rural districts. The company has scaled installations and reported over 10,000 solar pumps within a year across seven states and more than 200 districts.

The order is strategically important as Koraam seeks to broaden its market reach and to strengthen its reputation within the solar agriculture ecosystem, with Lubi contributing long standing expertise in pumping systems. Feedback from farmers and industry stakeholders has reinforced confidence in the reliability and performance of the supplied solutions, supporting the company’s positioning for anticipated participation in larger tenders such as those under Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited in the coming financial year. The chairman said the project reflected the company’s focus on delivering durable and efficient solar infrastructure tailored to agricultural needs.
