KP Group, Fabtech partner for global green life sciences projects
Under this partnership, all projects executed by Fabtech Group, including conventional and stick-built facilities, will be powered by clean, renewable energy supplied by KP Group.
As part of this collaboration, KP Group will integrate solar, wind, hybrid, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and green hydrogen-based power solutions into Fabtech’s pharma, biotech, and healthcare infrastructure. The initiative aims to build low-carbon, sustainable digital ecosystems worldwide, supporting the transition toward carbon-neutral operations.
Both companies will work together to design and deploy green-powered pilot projects, explore commercial rollouts, and scale renewable energy-based infrastructure globally. The partnership highlights a shared commitment to sustainable infrastructure and digital transformation.
Dr Faruk Patel, Founding Promoter of KP Group, said:
“This collaboration marks another milestone in KP Group’s vision of driving sustainability through innovation. By integrating our renewable energy capabilities with Fabtech Group’s life sciences projects, we aim to enable greener and more efficient digital infrastructure for the future.”
Mr Aasif Ahsan Khan, Founding Promoter of Fabtech Group, added:
“Through this partnership, we are uniting renewable energy with our turnkey solutions and innovations at scale. Together, KP Group and Fabtech Group are redefining how global life sciences facilities are built – faster, cleaner, and smarter.”
Describing the alliance as “a convergence of energy and innovation”, both firms said the MoU provides a framework to explore opportunities across India, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on sustainability, digitalisation, and renewable-powered data infrastructure.
This collaboration reinforces the shared vision of KP Group and Fabtech Group in driving innovation that connects the renewable energy and healthcare sectors, contributing to the global net-zero transition and sustainable industrial growth.
