NTPC said its subsidiary, NTPC Green, has declared the commercial operation of 6.6 MW of wind capacity from a 100 MW hybrid power project at Bhuj in Gujarat. The project is being developed by Ayana Renewable Power Four, a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power, which is part of NTPC Green’s joint venture, ONGC NTPC Green.

Following this declaration, NTPC Green’s total commercial capacity has risen to 7,639.075 MW, while the overall installed capacity of the NGEL Group has increased to 7,645.675 MW.

With the latest addition, the total installed and commercial capacity of the NTPC Group now stands at 84,931 MW.
