Om Power Transmission Limited has received a letter of intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited for the supply, laying, erection, testing and commissioning of a 66 kV underground cable along an approximate route length of five point one seven km. The contract is valued at Rs 240.3 mn including GST. The intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 and the company has uploaded the notice on its website.

The intimation is dated 10 August 2026. Under the terms, the company will execute the full scope of work and is required to complete the project within 12 months from the date of commencement. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and the work relates to supply and installation of high voltage distribution infrastructure.

The broad consideration for the contract was disclosed as Rs 24,02,67,567.20 which converts to Rs 240.27 mn. This figure is stated to include applicable GST. The company included Annexure A as part of the filing and has presented the value both as a rounded crore figure and as the exact rupee amount in its regulatory filing.
