A significant US original equipment manufacturer has placed an order with TD Power Systems for gas turbine generators valued at $9.28 million. According to a BSE filing, the main uses for these generators will be in US fracking wells, as well as for backup and power supply for AI server farms in the US and other uses.

According to the petition, delivery of these generators is expected to start in January 2025 and run through August 2025.

"We certify that there is no ownership stake in the organisation that was granted the order by any of the promoters, promoter groups, or group corporations. The order does not pertain to related party transactions as it was granted by an international body, according to the statement.
