Saatvik Green Energy said it has secured a solar engineering, procurement and construction order worth about Rs 288 million from a leading solar developer.

The order covers the design, engineering, procurement, supply, testing and commissioning of a solar power project under a turnkey EPC contract and is scheduled to be executed by the end of March 2026.

Saatvik Green Energy is an integrated solar energy solutions provider engaged in the manufacturing of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules and the execution of EPC projects across utility-scale, commercial and industrial segments.

On the financial front, the company reported a 36 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit to around Rs 832 million in Q2 FY26, compared with Rs 612 million in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 61.6 per cent year-on-year to about Rs 7.68 billion from Rs 4.75 billion in Q2 FY25.

Shares of Saatvik Green Energy were trading 1.98 per cent lower at Rs 409 on the National Stock Exchange of India.
