Vikran Bags Rs 20.35 Billion Solar EPC Order
In a statement, Vikran Engineering said it accepted the order on December 23, 2025 and will execute the project on a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction basis. The scope of work includes end-to-end activities such as design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, testing and commissioning, along with the supply of key components including solar photovoltaic modules and inverters. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months.
Earlier, Onix Solar had secured a letter of intent from Vikran Engineering to supply Non-DCR TOPCon 620 Wp solar modules for the project. Under this arrangement, Onix Solar received an order valued at Rs 1.49 billion, excluding GST. The scope includes the design, manufacture, factory acceptance testing and supply of 193,550 Non-DCR TOPCon 620 Wp solar modules.
The latest order strengthens Vikran Engineering’s renewable energy portfolio and complements its existing presence in power transmission and distribution, water infrastructure and railway electrification. The company said the win reinforces its focus on scaling up participation in large and complex infrastructure projects while maintaining high standards of execution and delivery.

He added that the win strengthens Vikran’s order book and positions the company for sustained growth as it continues to support India’s clean energy transition through timely and reliable infrastructure development.
