Vsole Solar Opens New Inverter Plant With 20,000-Unit Capacity
Equipped with advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Manual Insertion (MI) production lines, the new plant features high-speed, automated systems that ensure precise assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). “Quality checks are carried out at every stage of the assembly line — from PCB installation to final packaging — under the supervision of experienced technicians,” the company said in a statement.
By investing in this state-of-the-art facility, Vsole Solar aims to enhance in-house control over its end-to-end manufacturing process, from product design to dispatch. “Behind every innovation lies our dedicated R&D department, where we focus on new designs, improved performance, and cost-effective solutions,” the company added.
Vsole Solar’s product portfolio includes:
Single-phase grid-tie inverters (1–5 kW) for the residential segment.
Three-phase grid-tie inverters (5–350 kW) for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications.
Grid-tie hybrid inverters featuring advanced technology and backup capabilities.
The company also manufactures on-grid and hybrid microinverters (0.6–1.2 kW), along with All-in-One hybrid systems — including a 3.6 kW hybrid inverter integrated with a 5.3 kWh LFP battery and a 5 kW hybrid inverter with a 5.3 kWh LFP battery.
Additionally, Vsole Solar produces VSO Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries and Zero Export Devices (ZED), designed to eliminate energy loss and improve overall system efficiency.
With this expansion, Vsole Solar Energy strengthens its position as a leading player in India’s solar inverter segment, aligning with the nation’s push towards self-reliance in clean energy manufacturing and the Make in India initiative.
