In a boost to India’s clean energy exports, Waaree Energies, one of the country’s largest solar module manufacturers, has announced that its US subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has won a 452 MW order to supply advanced solar modules. The modules will be delivered to a prominent American developer engaged in utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.

Waaree said the agreement is a one-time supply contract and clarified that it does not involve any promoter or related-party participation. The company noted that the deal strengthens its international presence and supports its expansion in North America, a key growth market for renewable energy investments.

Sunil Rathi, President of Waaree Solar Americas, said, “The order is more than a commercial achievement – it is a symbol of India’s rise as a clean energy manufacturing powerhouse.
