JLL India finalised a Rs 10 billion deal with Hyderabad-based developer IRA Realty Tech for a 53-acre land parcel at Shamshabad in Hyderabad. JLL mentioned that the land was acquired by a combination of sale as well as joint development agreement with few high-net-worth individuals (family-owned property) for this prime land parcel. The land is said to be used to customise tailor-made plots and eventually into a villa community including apartments in more than 100 acres as a township project. The area of Shamshabad is said to have good connectivity with three flyovers coming up.
