EKKI HOMA, the international joint venture between EKKI Pumps, India, and HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH, Germany, has recently announced the association of industry veteran N K Ranganath as Chief Advisor. The association comes as HOMA, ranked among the world’s top five sewage pump manufacturers, continues to strengthen its presence in India through its strategic partnership with the EKKI Group.

Ranganath brings over four decades of leadership experience in the water technology and industrial sectors. He is widely recognised for his tenure as Managing Director of Grundfos Pumps India, where he played a key role in building and scaling the company’s India operations with a strong emphasis on sustainability, governance and operational excellence. He has also been closely associated with India’s water and sustainability ecosystem, having served as Co-Chairman of the CII National Water Committee, Past Chairman of the CII Tamil Nadu State Council, and Past President of the Madras Management Association. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several listed and unlisted companies.

In his advisory capacity, Ranganath will work closely with the Board and leadership team of EKKI HOMA, offering strategic guidance on growth priorities, distributor development, governance and organisational capability building as the joint venture expands its footprint in India.
