SANY India Opens New 3S Branches in Visakhapatnam and Palwancha

SANY India, a leading manufacturer of construction, mining, road, logistics, and energy equipment, has expanded its presence in southern India by inaugurating two new 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) branch offices in Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) and Palwancha (Telangana). The expansion, in partnership with its authorised dealer Madhura Engineering Services, reinforces SANY’s commitment to providing world-class equipment and faster service access in key industrial and mining hubs.

These new facilities complement Madhura Engineering’s existing branches in Guntur and Vijayawada, marking a strategic step in strengthening SANY India’s regional network and enhancing customer support. The 3S branches are designed to offer comprehensive solutions—seamless equipment availability, prompt after-sales service, and genuine spare parts—to improve operational efficiency and minimise downtime for customers.

The inauguration ceremonies were attended by senior leaders from SANY India, Madhura Engineering Services, and local industry representatives. Rangasami S, Assistant Vice President, Excavator BU, SANY India, graced the Visakhapatnam event.

Shashank Pandey, Senior Vice President & Excavator BU Head, SANY India, said, “We are delighted to open our new 3S branches in Visakhapatnam and Palwancha. These centres will bring world-class products and services closer to customers, enhancing productivity and supporting the growth of construction and mining sectors across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.”

Aditya Soma, Executive Director, Madhura Engineering Services, added, “These branches will help us serve our customers faster, deliver customised solutions, and strengthen our engagement with local industries, reflecting our shared commitment to innovation and customer-first service.”

With infrastructure and mining activities on the rise in southern India, SANY India’s new 3S branches are expected to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and capture emerging growth opportunities in the region.
