Schwing Stetter Unveils 20+ India-First Machines At EXCON
Alongside these innovations, the company introduced precast construction technology for the Indian market in collaboration with MAXtruder GmbH, a new range of next-generation concrete equipment, and SCHWING’s latest crusher solutions for aggregates and construction and demolition waste recycling. The launches were anchored by the experiential SCHWING Innovation Booth, which enabled visitors to engage with interactive demonstrations of future-ready technologies.
V.G. Sakthikumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Schwing Stetter India, said the company is responding not only to India’s vision of Vikshit Bharat and Atmanirbhar infrastructure, but also to global demands for taller, faster and greener construction. He noted that this was the company’s most ambitious EXCON to date, aimed at addressing industry challenges such as project delays, material handling inefficiencies and sustainability pressures. He added that Schwing Stetter’s equipment supports vertical urban growth through high-reach pumps, accelerates project delivery with automation, and promotes greener practices through low-emission technologies, decarbonised logistics and resource recycling.
The SCHWING Innovation Booth served as the strategic centrepiece of the company’s presence, functioning as a live technology laboratory where visitors could interact with the systems and ideas behind the machines. Key experiences included the Future Power Zone, featuring the S36X hybrid boom pump with dual diesel and electric operation, and a fully electric transit mixer concept designed for tunnels, airports and dense urban environments.
Another highlight was the Hands-On Command Centre, which offered a virtual smart mixer simulator and a digital touch-grid to control a boom pump model, allowing visitors to better understand reach, movement and safety parameters.
Across a display area of more than 7,500 square metres, Schwing Stetter India showcased around 30 machines. Highlights included the S56SXF 56-metre boom pump for long-reach infrastructure pours, the S36X hybrid boom pump for electric operation, a compact 31-metre boom pump on a two-axle chassis for urban use, CNG and electric truck mixers for decarbonisation, the FBP 29 mixer pump for improved efficiency, a cold-start self-loading mixer for high-altitude regions, a new crusher range for aggregates and recycling, a concrete recycling plant, and a containerised mobile batching plant equipped with twin-shaft mixing, dry mortar, ice and precast solutions developed in partnership with MAXtruder GmbH.
As EXCON 2025 continues to highlight innovation across the construction equipment sector, Schwing Stetter India’s latest launches reinforce its commitment to efficient, sustainable infrastructure development and its role in shaping India’s evolving construction landscape.
