TCS Letter Of Intent For RAN Supply To Tejas Networks

Tejas Networks has received a letter of intent dated 27 August 2026 from Tata Consultancy Services Limited for the supply of radio access network equipment, accessories and installation materials for the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited fourth generation (4G) mobile network covering 18,685 sites. The transaction is valued at Rs 15,370 million (mn) equivalent to approximately Rs 15.37 billion (bn). The company stated that a detailed purchase order will be issued by TCS in due course. The detailed purchase order will set out commercial terms and delivery schedules. The intimation was submitted to the National Stock Exchange and BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015 and references the company scrip codes and previous communication dated 21 May 2025. The disclosure sets out the principal scope as supply of equipment, accessories and installation materials for the specified sites.
