TVS ILP’s Hosur Facility Powers Ather’s Festive Season Growth

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) is enabling brands to meet festive season demand with Grade-A Built-To-Suit (BTS) facilities. Its Hosur park, home to Ather Energy’s largest EV manufacturing centre, has helped the company scale to a production rate of one vehicle every 0.46 seconds.

As two-wheeler EVs gain momentum, supported by rising adoption in Tier II and III cities and the upcoming GST 2.0 reform, Ather recorded the second-highest EV sales in August. To support festive peaks, TVS ILP is expanding EV charging infrastructure, optimising space at the battery unit, and offering value-added inventory services at Hosur.

“At TVS ILP, our focus has always been on enabling our clients to scale efficiently during critical periods like the festive season,” said Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director, TVS ILP. “By positioning parks closer to consumption hubs, we help our partners stay ahead of demand surges while maintaining service excellence.”

Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Chief Operating Officer, Ather Energy, added, “At Ather, TVS ILP’s infrastructural and tech-enabled solutions have enabled timely, cost-effective expansion. Their phase wise model aligns with our focus on sustainable manufacturing and operational efficiency.”

With strategically located facilities and integrated solutions, TVS ILP is helping clients across industries manage festive surges and prepare for sustained growth.
