Arisinfra Solutions, India’s trusted provider of organised construction materials and services, has entered a strategic supply chain partnership with The House of W, part of the All Home group. The alliance unlocks over Rs 3 billion in annual sanitaryware fulfilment capacity, enabling Arisinfra to scale its execution of large residential and commercial projects.
This collaboration strengthens Arisinfra’s backend by adding a key sanitaryware vertical to its supply portfolio, which already includes aggregates and ready-mix concrete (RMC). It supports the company’s growing Rs 7.50+ billion order book and project pipeline, which includes marquee names like Transcon Developers, Wadhwa Group, and Village Wave (Nandi Hills).
“The partnership reflects our belief that dependable supply drives execution,” said Ronak Morbia, Chairman and Managing Director, Arisinfra. “With House of W, we add premium bathroom products to our offerings while ensuring customers get speed, scale, and quality without compromise.”
The House of W operates at just 25% capacity, giving Arisinfra access to untapped supply potential and volume-linked cost advantages. The distributor’s portfolio includes premium global brands such as THG Paris, Alpi Italy, Mariner Lamborghini, and Victoria + Albert, as well as leading Indian names like Jaquar, Grohe, Toto, and Duravit.
The partnership is part of Arisinfra’s broader strategy to transform supply constraints into execution advantages, following over Rs 500 crore in recent long-term agreements with leading developers.
