Abhee Ventures has received RERA approval for its upcoming 45-acre residential development in Gunjur, Bengaluru, officially registered as Abhee City Urban Glenn. The project, earlier announced under the codename “New Dimension”, has received RERA Registration No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887 and is set to move towards its launch phase.

Located along the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor, Abhee City Urban Glenn is planned as a large-format residential community combining Scottish-inspired architecture, landscaped spaces, wellness features and community-focused amenities. The project offers connectivity to key employment hubs including Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, ITPL, the EPIP corridor and the Outer Ring Road IT corridor.

Spread across 45 acres, the development will feature 85% open spaces and over 140 lifestyle and recreational amenities. Key highlights include a 3-acre golf driving range, a man-made lake, extensive green landscapes and four clubhouses spanning more than 1.5 lakh sq ft for recreation, wellness and social engagement.

Designed in collaboration with UHA London and RSP Architects, the project combines international design concepts with local expertise. The development will offer 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences across 35-storey towers, focusing on efficient layouts, ventilation and contemporary living spaces.

Speaking on the RERA approval, Mr R Nagaraj Reddy, Founder & Managing Director, Abhee Ventures, said the milestone reflects the company’s vision of creating long-term residential communities aligned with Bengaluru’s evolving growth patterns. He highlighted that East Bengaluru continues to emerge as a major residential growth corridor, supported by expanding employment centres and infrastructure development.

With regulatory approval secured, Abhee Ventures will now proceed towards the launch of Abhee City Urban Glenn, strengthening its presence in East Bengaluru’s residential real estate market.
