Adore Group, a Delhi-NCR based real estate firm, has launched an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 76, Faridabad. The company will invest around Rs 8 billion to develop the project named The Select Premia, which will be spread across 5.47 acres. The development will include 194 bedroom apartments with servant rooms.

The land parcel was acquired from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran in an auction held in 2023. The company confirmed that all dues have been cleared, and the plot is fully paid.

Adore highlighted Faridabad’s economic growth, fuelled by information technology and manufacturing. The region has witnessed an increase in family-run businesses, self-made entrepreneurs, and corporate executives seeking luxury housing.

According to the company, the new development aims to meet the growing demand for premium lifestyle options in the city, offering modern amenities and design within Faridabad itself.
