Alliance City Developers Realtors has announced three upcoming residential developments in Mumbai, expanding its portfolio in Mulund West and Vile Parle East and entering the Sion East market for the first time.
The company plans to launch its eighth development in Mulund West, its fifth in Vile Parle East and its first project in the Sion East micro-market. The expansion comes amid continued housing demand in Mumbai. According to Knight Frank India data cited by the company, Mumbai recorded an estimated 12,503 property registrations in August 2026, an 11 per cent year-on-year increase and the strongest August in more than 14 years.
Alliance City said its expansion is focused on standalone residential developments and builds on its delivery track record. The developer has delivered homes to more than 700 families across Mumbai.
In 2026, the company secured Occupation Certificates and completed sales for Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West.
In Mulund West, the upcoming project will be the company’s eighth development in the micro-market. Alliance City has delivered six projects in the area, while its seventh, Alliance Kanchan Krupa, is under development. The company said the new project will benefit from connectivity through LBS Marg and the upcoming Metro Line 4 corridor.
In Vile Parle East, the fifth project follows four developments, including Alliance Vista, which has been sold out and handed over. The location offers access to the Western Express Highway and the domestic airport.
The Sion East project marks Alliance City’s entry into the micro-market. The company’s presence in central Mumbai includes Alliance Legacy in Sion and Alliance Harmony under development in neighbouring Matunga. The upcoming project is positioned along the Eastern Express Highway.
Ankita Luharuka, CEO, Alliance City Developers Realtors, said, “Mumbai’s homebuyers are not short of choices; what they are short of is certainty.” She added that the company’s expansion in Mulund and Vile Parle was supported by the trust built through its earlier projects, while the Sion project marked a new phase of growth for the developer.
