Alliance City Developers Secures RERA Approvals in Vile Parle East

Alliance City Developers has received approvals from MahaRERA for two residential projects in Vile Parle East—22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi. The approvals mark a key milestone for the developer, which opted for voluntary RERA registration for both projects, underscoring its focus on transparency and buyer assurance.

Located on Shraddanand Road, 22 Alliance House comprises 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences ranging from 714 to 1,786 sq ft. The project offers proximity to Vile Parle station, the domestic airport and the Western Express Highway, along with access to educational institutions and healthcare facilities. Amenities include dedicated parking, a designed entrance lobby, security systems and residences planned for natural light and ventilation.

Alliance Tanvi, situated on PM Cross Road, Vile Parle East, features 2 BHK homes sized between 732 and 758 sq ft. The development includes a fitness centre, terrace garden, smart home features and enhanced security systems, supported by connectivity to transport hubs, colleges, healthcare and leisure destinations.

Commenting on the approvals, Ankita Luharuka, Chief Executive Officer, Alliance City Developers, said, “Getting RERA approvals for 22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi shows how committed we are to being transparent, providing high-quality work, and meeting deadlines. These projects show Alliance City’s mantra of making homes that elevate lifestyles, situated at prime addresses, and built with thoughtful design.”

In addition to the newly approved developments, Alliance City Developers is nearing possession milestones in 2026 for three projects—Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West, Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West—further strengthening its residential portfolio across Mumbai.
