Arihant Foundations and Housing Limited reported its highest-ever annual pre-sales of Rs 4 billion for the financial year 2024–25. Revenue rose to Rs 2.21 billion, a 63.1 per cent year-on-year increase. The company also recorded an annual Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) of Rs 797.1 million, growing by 112.6 per cent over the previous year.

For the fourth quarter, revenue stood at Rs 744.4 million, up 37.7 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 56.9 per cent year-on-year. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased to Rs 114.7 million, registering a 1,174.4 per cent year-on-year rise. Sale realisation for the quarter reached Rs 13,422 per square foot.

The company successfully pre-leased 80,000 square feet of commercial office space and is preparing for new launches across commercial and residential segments in FY26.
