Arisinfra Bags Rs 3.40 Bn Supply, Services Order from Transcon Group

Arisinfra Solutions, a leading organised network for construction material supply and project services, has secured a long-term mandate from Transcon Group for integrated supply and services worth Rs 3.40 billion in Mumbai.

The contract covers Transcon’s ongoing residential and commercial developments and includes the supply of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), steel, cement, chemicals, plumbing, electrical, and finishing products. The project is expected to offer strong revenue visibility over the next 3–4 years.

“This isn’t just a mandate — it’s a statement of how India’s top developers are rethinking execution,” said Srinivasan Gopalan, CEO, Arisinfra Solutions. “Projects like Transcon align with our integrated model focused on speed, coordination, and quality delivery.”

Transcon’s luxury developments are known for architectural excellence. This Rs 3.40 billion agreement builds on Arisinfra’s prior work with Transcon, which includes projects worth Rs 350 million already executed.

Shraddha Kedia Aggarwal, Promoter, Transcon Group, noted, “With financial closure secured, we’re focused on quality delivery. Arisinfra’s integrated approach ensures timely execution while simplifying backend complexities.”

The deal adds to Arisinfra’s growing portfolio, which recently saw orders worth Rs 750 million from the Wadhwa Group and Rs 1+ billion from Village Wave (Nandi Hills). The company’s order book with top developers now exceeds Rs 7.50 billion, with most deliveries expected in the next two years.

This momentum signals a shift towards structured, accountable execution models in Indian real estate, with Arisinfra emerging as a preferred partner for large-scale, design-first developments.
