Ashiana Housing launches premium boutique project in Jaipur

Ashiana Housing, a listed real estate developer on NSE and BSE, has announced the launch of Ashiana Aravali, a low-density, premium residential project in Jagatpura, Jaipur. Designed for upper-mid and premium homebuyers, the development offers a rare combination of exclusivity, greenery, and urban connectivity in one of the city’s fastest-growing corridors.
The boutique project comprises 50 residences, with 25 each of 4 BHK and 3 BHK units. The 4 BHK homes are offered in two configurations—2641 sq. ft. and 2630 sq. ft., while the 3 BHK homes are sized at 2312 sq. ft. Each apartment includes a utility cum storeroom and an additional powder room/toilet, ensuring functional design. Prices range from Rs 25.5 million to Rs 17.5 milllion.
Registered under RERA No. RAJ/P/2025/3678, the project is being developed by Ashiana Greenwood Developers, a partnership firm of Ashiana Housing with full ownership of land and development rights. With a total estimated investment of Rs 336 million, the project is being funded through internal accruals and customer advances on a construction-linked payment plan.
Located at the CBI railway crossing, close to Malviya Nagar, Jaipur International Airport, and the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, Ashiana Aravali offers strong connectivity and tranquil living at the foothills of the Aravali range.
“True to its name, Ashiana Aravali is a premium residential project with stunning views of the majestic Aravali Hills,” said Tushar Padalkar, Vice President, Ashiana Housing - Jaipur. “In a rapidly expanding city, this project seamlessly blends nature, design, and exclusivity to create a lifestyle beyond just a home.
