B-Right Real Estate Targets 4.7 Mn Sq Ft Mumbai Growth by 2033

B-Right Real Estate Group has outlined plans to develop approximately 4.7 million sq ft of real estate in Mumbai by 2033 as part of its long-term Vision 2033 roadmap. The company said its expansion strategy will remain focused on Mumbai, with redevelopment-led projects forming a key part of its portfolio.

Founded in 2007, B-Right Real Estate has been involved in redevelopment and Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects across Mumbai. Its Vision 2033 strategy focuses on financial discipline, governance, design and community-oriented development as it expands its project pipeline.

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Nathalal Shah said the company views redevelopment as more than constructing buildings, with a focus on creating safer homes, stronger communities and improved neighbourhoods. Financial discipline will remain central to its approach, with projects structured to maintain sufficient financial strength to progress without relying entirely on sales.

As a BSE-listed company, B-Right Real Estate also aims to strengthen governance and transparency across its operations. Shah said regulatory oversight and the involvement of institutional investors, lenders and other stakeholders have increased accountability.

The company also highlighted its approach to distressed and stalled redevelopment projects, where residents, buyers, investors and lenders may have differing expectations. It aims to bring stakeholders together and establish workable solutions that can enable projects to move forward.

Vision 2033 also marked the increasing involvement of Rudra Shah, son of Sanjay Shah, in the business. While Sanjay Shah continues to focus on finance and project-level financial discipline, Rudra Shah is concentrating on on-ground execution and the use of technology.

B-Right Real Estate's upcoming Mumbai portfolio includes Grandeur in Mulund West, Shivaji Nagar in Borivali West, SKY54 in Malad East, Ultra City in Goregaon West and Godavari in Chembur.

SKY54, one of the group's significant upcoming developments, is planned across approximately 650,000 sq ft in Malad East. The SRA project will include residential and commercial components.

Through Vision 2033, B-Right Real Estate aims to combine its established redevelopment expertise with next-generation leadership while maintaining its focus on financial discipline, governance and community development.
