Bengaluru remained India’s largest office market, with occupied stock rising 9 per cent YoY to 227.9 mn sq ft. The city retained its leading position as the market continued to benefit from its broad commercial base and strong demand from office occupiers.
Pune’s occupied office stock reached 101.0 mn sq ft as of September 30, 2026, up 9 per cent from 92.4 mn sq ft a year earlier. The market’s move past the 100 mn sq ft threshold marked a significant expansion in its scale as a commercial real estate destination.
Hyderabad recorded the strongest growth among the markets covered, with occupied stock increasing 11 per cent to 119.8 mn sq ft. The performance of Hyderabad, along with continued growth in Bengaluru, Pune and other leading markets, highlighted the breadth of office activity across India.

It added that Pune’s milestone reflected the market’s growing importance, while the sustained performance of the leading cities pointed to continued activity across the country’s commercial real estate sector.
