BNW Developments has entered Dubai’s real estate market with the launch of Orvessa Residences by Michel Adam Lisowski, marking its first project in the emirate.

Positioned in Al Furjan, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the development reflects BNW’s expansion from Ras Al Khaimah into Dubai through a portfolio of branded residences. The project is designed to offer a balance of urban connectivity and community living, targeting both end-users and long-term investors.

Orvessa Residences comprises 92 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, integrating functional design with a lifestyle-led approach. The project draws on Michel Adam Lisowski’s design philosophy, inspired by the global brand FashionTV, focusing on spatial fluidity, harmony and experiential living.
