BPTP Group will spend about Rs 30 billion to build a premium glass façade housing scheme in Sector 102, Gurugram, and expects sales of roughly Rs 65 billion. The 12.05 acre development sits within the firm’s planned 150 acre integrated township and will unfold in three phases, ultimately delivering around 1,600 apartments.
Phase I, Amstoria Verti Greens, launched earlier this year with 885 homes. The newly released Phase II, GAIA Residences, offers 531 apartments priced from Rs 38.5 million.
Amaan Chawla, BPTP’s president, says GAIA combines elegance with eco conscious design to meet the aspirations of buyers who demand both sophistication and sustainability.
Residents will benefit from approximately 175,000 sq ft of club and landscaped amenities, including sky gardens atop each tower, a yoga deck 400 feet above ground, a library lounge at 300 feet and a co working space at 200 feet.
BPTP, which has already delivered more than 25,000 homes across the National Capital Region, views the Dwarka Expressway corridor as a key growth engine within its wider expansion plan for Gurugram.
