BPTP launches wellness-focused housing project in Faridabad

BPTP has launched WA VANA, a premium residential enclave within its integrated township in Sector 80, Faridabad, featuring a master plan centred on wellness, sustainability and community living.

Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai, the gated development has been designed as an intergenerational residential community that integrates green spaces with contemporary living. The project is RERA-registered (HRERA-PKL-FBD-939-2026).

A key feature of the project is an approximately one-acre Japanese forest, incorporating forest bathing trails, Zen gardens, bamboo groves, meditation pavilions, yoga decks, walking and jogging tracks, children's play areas, community gardens, water features, an amphitheatre and shaded seating spaces.

According to the developer, the master plan draws on Japanese concepts such as Kaizen, Ichigo Ichie, Shokunin, Osewa and Gaman to promote wellness, craftsmanship, community engagement and resilience.

Amaan Chawla, President, BPTP, said the project has been designed to address growing demand for residential communities that combine wellness, sustainability and long-term value.

Located in Sector 80, the development offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, NH-19 and the Noida International Airport, while being close to educational institutions, healthcare facilities and commercial centres. The landscape design has been developed by Coopers Hill, an international landscape architecture firm.
