Brigade Buys Bengaluru Land for Rs 5.88 Bn, Plans Rs 52 Bn Project

Brigade Enterprises has announced the acquisition of a 20.19-acre land parcel in the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor of Bengaluru for Rs 5.88 billion. The deal was executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ananthay Properties.

The land is strategically located in a high-growth zone with excellent connectivity to IT parks, industrial areas, and upcoming infrastructure. The company plans to develop a large-scale mixed-use project on the site, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 52 billion.

Spread across 4.2 million square feet, the project will feature a combination of residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Brigade Group intends to establish this as a landmark development in East Bengaluru, enhancing its urban presence in the region.

This acquisition reinforces Brigade Group’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Bengaluru and delivering integrated urban developments tailored to the evolving demands of the city’s residents.
