Brigade Group Signs Lease for 156,000 Sq Ft at Twin Towers

Brigade Enterprises Limited (Brigade Group) has signed leases for approximately 156,000 square feet of commercial space at Brigade Twin Towers in Yeswanthpur with two global firms, MANN+HUMMEL Filter Private Limited and Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp). The leasing covers premium Grade A office space and follows strong market demand for well planned workspaces along the Outer Ring Road corridor. The development has emerged as a sought after office campus offering modern facilities and campus amenities.

The chief operating officer for office spaces, Nandakumar O P, said the steady demand and rapid occupancy reflect growing requirements for accessible locations, responsible design and a supportive business environment. He added that the recent agreements reaffirm the company focus on creating workplaces that enable businesses to grow and operate efficiently. The company will continue to deliver quality infrastructure to match evolving commercial needs.

Representatives of MANN+HUMMEL noted that the firm sought a workspace aligned with its emphasis on innovation, quality and sustainability and that the Twin Towers provide an environment suited to collaboration and operational needs in India. Labcorp described the new space as enhancing its ability to support global research programmes while providing a modern and well connected campus for employees.
