Bengaluru-based real estate major Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement for a luxury residential project in East Bengaluru, with a potential gross development value (GDV) of Rs 25 billion.

The project spans 10.75 acres with a saleable potential of 2.5 million sq ft, located strategically near key commercial hubs and social infrastructure.

In July, Brigade acquired a 20.19-acre prime land parcel in the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor for Rs 5.88 billion through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties.

Brigade Group operates across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City, with a portfolio spanning residential, office, retail, hospitality and education.
