Brigade Plans Rs 9.7 Billion Projects in Hyderabad

Brigade Group has signed Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) for two new residential projects—Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3—in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. These projects follow the notable success of Brigade Citadel and represent a strategic growth move in one of the Group’s key South Indian markets.
The two developments, situated on 10 acres of prime land, will jointly offer around 1 million square feet of luxury housing. The estimated revenue potential from these projects exceeds Rs 9.7 billion. Designed to match the high standards set by their predecessor, the new phases aim to deliver premium design, quality, and community-focused living.
