The Noida Authority claims that although subleased deeds, or registries, for 1,097 apartments in 21 group housing complexes in the city can be completed, the real estate developers are holding up the process because they are not completing the task in the homebuyers' best interests. The Noida Authority announced Tuesday that the projects are situated in Sectors 75, 78, 121, 137, 144, 143B, 108, 168, and 107 and threatened punitive action against the at-fault developers if the registries are not upheld.

It published a list of 21 residential construction projects where 1,097 flats' worth of registrations are still pending execution.
