Under the LOI Capacit'e will undertake structural, architectural and associated civil works for the named towers and retail building and will manage site mobilisation and subcontractor engagement. The contract value reflects the principal construction scope and excludes applicable goods and services tax and other statutory levies. Execution will require integration of design compliance, quality assurance protocols and schedule management to meet the developer's phased delivery milestones.

The managing director, Rahul Katyal, conveyed that the repeat orders through TenX Realty demonstrated continued trust in the company and affirmed client relationship strength. He emphasised confidence in meeting timeframes and in the organisation's capacity to deliver to expected standards. The statement indicated that such awards support strategic objectives to expand the order book while reinforcing delivery capabilities. The company underlined a focus on maintaining quality control, safety standards and contractual compliance throughout execution.

The award is expected to reinforce near term revenue visibility and contribute to backlog visibility for Capacit'e as it progresses current assignments. Formal contracts and detailed mobilisation plans will follow the letter of intent and will set definitive commercial and operational milestones. The company will continue to monitor project risks and stakeholder coordination as it advances the planned works.
