Colliers India has appointed Manish Goel as Managing Director, Project Management, India, to lead its project management business nationwide. With over three decades of experience, Goel has held senior positions across prominent real estate, advisory and hospitality organisations.

A civil engineer by profession, Goel brings extensive expertise in project planning, feasibility studies and risk mitigation. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale, complex projects, focusing on operational efficiency, long-term growth and stakeholder value.
