Crest, Vensco Partner For Golf-Facing Luxury Project In Chembur

Crest Ventures has entered into a strategic joint development agreement with Vensco Group to develop a golf course–facing luxury mixed-use residential project, Crest Golfshire, in Chembur. The development will be undertaken through Crest Urban Living Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crest Ventures, and marks the company’s entry into golf-oriented luxury living in Mumbai.

Spread across around 2.7 acres (approximately 11,000 sq m), the project is located directly opposite the Bombay Presidency Golf Course on Golf Course Road, Chembur. With an estimated Gross Development Value of about Rs 18.5 billion, Crest Golfshire is positioned as one of the largest luxury residential developments in Mumbai’s eastern suburbs.

The project will unlock nearly 0.5 million sq ft of saleable area and feature 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences with carpet areas ranging from around 1,042 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft. Designed with vastu-aligned layouts, the development is registered under MahaRERA (PR1181012501290), with construction already underway.

Crest Golfshire is envisioned as a low-density, golf course–oriented community offering permanent green views and a nature-integrated living environment. Planned amenities include a gymnasium, sky lounge, clubhouse, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas and advanced security systems.
