DDA to Launch Premium Housing Scheme in August

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 next month, offering approximately 250 residential flats and vehicle garages across Delhi’s premium locations. The scheme, approved during a DDA meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on 11 July, will be executed through an e-auction format.
A senior DDA official described the initiative as a significant move towards transforming Delhi into a world-class city, with improved urban infrastructure and inclusive housing.
This follows the ongoing Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025, which began on 27 May, offering discounts of 25 per cent on LIG flats and 15 per cent on EWS, MIG, and HIG flats. By 28 June, over 850 units had been sold, including 630 in Narela.
Locations and Categories
Flats under the Premium Housing Scheme will be located in high-demand areas of the capital, including:
- 39 HIG flats: Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B), and Dwarka (Sector 19B)
- 48 MIG flats: Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka, and Pitampura
- 22 LIG flats: Rohini
- 66 EHS flats: Pocket 9, Nasirpur, Dwarka
- 2 SFS Category-II flats: Sector 18, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh
- Parking: 16 car garages in Pitampura, 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar
Estimated Reserve Prices
- HIG flats: Rs 16 million to Rs 25 million
- MIG flats: Rs 6 million to Rs 15 million
- LIG flats: Rs 3.9 million to Rs 5.4 million
- SFS Category-II flats: Rs 9 million to over Rs 10 million
- EHS flats: Rs 3.87 million
- Garages: Rs 310,000 to Rs 4.3 million
