Dilip Buildcon JV Declared L-1 Bidder For Ged Barrage Project
The scope encompasses works across the river Sabarmati between Hirpura barrage and Lakroda weir in Prantij taluka of Sabarkantha district and includes operation and maintenance for 10 years. The contract is to be executed within a completion period of 24 months and covers civil, hydraulic and allied engineering works required for barrage construction and river protection. The works will also include measures for bank stabilisation, protection of existing structures and other complementary activities necessary to secure the project site.
The order was awarded by a domestic arm of the Gujarat government and does not constitute a related party transaction, with no promoter group interest in the awarding entity. The company has furnished detailed disclosures in line with listing obligations and relevant SEBI circulars and has filed an annexure with the exchanges describing key terms, timelines and the broad consideration. The disclosure references the applicable provisions under the listing regulations and adheres to the prescribed format for material events.
