DLF-GIC JV DCCDL Raises Rs 11 Bn Via NCDs

DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL), a joint venture between DLF and GIC, has raised Rs 1,100 crore through non-convertible debentures. The NCDs, allotted on private placement, carry a coupon of 6.91% payable quarterly.

DCCDL has 44 million sq. ft. operational office and retail spaces, with net profit rising 26% to Rs 593 crore in Q1 FY26. DLF holds a 67% stake in the JV, which forms the bulk of its rental business.
