DLF Ltd, India’s largest real estate developer, is set to make its debut in Mumbai’s residential market with a luxury housing project valued at around Rs 25 billion. The project is expected to launch within the next two weeks.

The first phase will include over 400 premium homes, marking DLF’s formal entry into the city’s competitive housing segment.

According to sources, DLF has received all necessary regulatory approvals for the development, which is being undertaken in collaboration with Delhi-based Trident Realty.

This strategic move strengthens DLF’s footprint beyond the National Capital Region and signals its intent to tap into high-value markets across India.
