Forbes Global Properties has closed the sale of the final two penthouses at the Bulgari Lighthouse on Jumeirah Bay Island for over AED 282 million. One penthouse, a five-bedroom spanning 11,657 sq ft, fetched AED 146.6 million, while the second sold for AED 136.25 million. The residences are designed by Italian architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel.
