Duville Estates Launches Final Tower At Riverdale Grand

Duville Estates Private Limited launched the final residential tower at Riverdale Grand, marking completion of the 31-acre Riverdale micro-township. The last tower, Riverdale Grand-B4, follows a design-thinking approach that redrew apartment contours to maximise internal space and improve living and dining areas. The launch was held at a marquee event called Building Together attended by channel partners.

Riverdale Grand-B4 provides large three bed apartments with spacious patios and unhindered views across the riverfront and the city and is positioned in the central precinct of Kharadi. The internal redesign aims to meet demand from discerning clientele seeking expansive layouts. Community amenities are designed to provide a holistic lifestyle environment.

The inauguration featured an immersive presentation and the company used the occasion to reiterate its long-term vision, commitment to quality execution and timely delivery. Management described relationships with channel partners as strategic and said collaboration has been central to Riverdale's success. An interactive session with senior managers reaffirmed the firm's focus on building collective outcomes.

Duville Estates operates in Mumbai and Pune and highlighted completed projects such as Riverdale Heights, Riverdale Residences and Riverdale Suites alongside upcoming launches including Riverdale Grove and Riverdale Grand. The first phase of Riverdale achieved an IGBC Gold certification and the second phase received a Platinum certification from ASSOCHAM - GEM, the highest green building certification, making the master plan one of the few five-star pre-certified residential projects in Pune. The firm said its design-thinking processes support zero-wastage apartments and well planned community amenities.

The launch of Building B4 was described as the crown of the Riverdale development and the strong participation at the event was taken as confirmation of partner confidence in the brand. Duville Estates said it remains committed to creating long-term value through considered design, execution and a customer-first approach and aims to continue planned launches on schedule.
