The real estate developer Prosperiti Homes has introduced a new gated community project called 'Ekam' in Telangana. It is based on the sustainable living concept, aiming to provide residents with a seamless experience.

It was mentioned that the project incorporates eco-friendly designs and amenities that focus on the community. The implementation of green building practices, utilisation of renewable energy sources, efficient water consumption through rainwater harvesting, and the use of sustainable materials for construction are part of the plan.

The emphasis is on open spaces and landscaping, as the project offers residents lush green areas, landscaped gardens, and recreational spaces to promote a healthy lifestyle. The utilisation of energy-efficient technologies is highlighted as a means to optimize the use of resources. In addition, to foster a lively community, the project includes various amenities such as a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, an EV charging station, and sports facilities like an archery station, a skating and cycling track, and a sand volleyball court. These are just a few examples from the extensive list of over 60 amenities.
