Elan Group Awards Rs8.4 bn Contract To Tata Projects
The development comprises five towers with residences offering super areas from 4,285 sq ft to 7,270 sq ft. Each tower follows a two-residences-per-core configuration with private lift lobbies, aiming to provide enhanced privacy and circulation efficiency. The project design has been prepared by Benoy of London and landscape planning by SWA Group of California. The scope awarded to Tata Projects covers structural and core works and associated services required to deliver the complex to completion.
Rakesh Kapoor, chairman of Elan Group, said that Elan The Statement embodied the company’s ambition to deliver developments defined by design excellence and engineering strength, and that the start of construction reinforced the group's focus on disciplined execution and timely delivery. He indicated that partnering with Tata Projects was intended to help achieve global benchmarks across the project's planning, construction and handover phases.
