Bengaluru-headquartered Embassy Developments will launch six new residential projects worth Rs 103 billion in North Bengaluru within FY26 and aims to achieve Rs 50 billion in pre-sales over the period.

The upcoming launches represent 5.6 million square feet of development potential across premium apartments and villas. Aditya Virwani, Managing Director of Embassy Developments, said the company is confident of meeting its pre-sales target following RERA approval for two of its projects. He added that North Bengaluru remains one of the firm’s most strategic markets, supported by strong investor interest and rising residential demand.

The two RERA-approved projects, Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II, are located within the Embassy Springs township. Embassy Greenshore will offer more than 800 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations, featuring larger layouts and upgraded specifications.

A major new project in Hebbal is also scheduled for FY26. Spread across 10 acres and situated next to the sold-out Embassy Lake Terraces, it will include over 600 premium residences in 3 BHK (medium and large) and 4 BHK formats, catering to buyers seeking contemporary, spacious homes.

Beyond North Bengaluru, Embassy will launch two additional villa projects this year—an invite-only villa community and a premium villa development—together covering 116 acres. The company’s recent Devanahalli project, Embassy Paradiso, a luxury plotted development within Embassy Springs, achieved a complete sell-out with pre-sales of about Rs 2.04 billion.

With a strategic focus on Bengaluru, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the National Capital Region (NCR), the company also maintains a presence in Chennai, Jodhpur, Vadodara, Vizag and Indore.
