Experion Developers, the Indian real estate platform of Singapore-headquartered AT Capital Group, said AT Capital’s cumulative investment in Indian real estate has reached approximately $500 million since it began operations in 2006.
Experion has undertaken 12 projects across Gurugram, Noida, Lucknow and Amritsar, covering around 11 million sq. ft. of built-up area. Its portfolio includes plotted developments, villas, high-rise condominiums, commercial offices and organised retail. Over the past five years, it has delivered more than 3,000 homes and plots.
In FY2025-26, the company recorded sales of Rs 37 billion, nearly double the Rs 22 billion reported in the previous year. At the launch of Experion Saatori in Sector 151 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, it recorded sales of approximately Rs 18 billion, with around 400 units sold.
Experion plans to invest around Rs 100 billion over the next five to seven years. Most of its project pipeline is in the National Capital Region, with developments also planned in other cities.
“Crossing approximately $500 million is a strong statement of intent,” said B.K. Malagi, Vice-Chairman, Experion Developers. He said AT Capital had provided stable, cycle-agnostic investment to the Indian real estate sector for almost two decades, adding that the approach allowed the company to prioritise customers without traditional lender timelines.
The company says wellness is a focus across its project pipeline. Features include fresh-air ventilation and filtration in ultra-luxury homes, treated water at the point of use, low-VOC finishes, acoustic detailing, homes oriented for daylight, native planting and shaded walkways.
“The things that matter most are the ones you cannot see on a site visit: the quality of the air you breathe, natural light and ventilation, and the quiet you come home to,” said Priyamvada Navet, Deputy CEO, Experion Developers. “We have made these non-negotiable across our entire portfolio.”
The Trillion, a 5.5-acre development in Sector 48, Gurugram, is designed by DPA Singapore, One Landscape Hong Kong and Greymatters Singapore. A large part of the site is open landscape, and each floor has four corner residences, designed to draw light and cross-ventilation from three sides.
In India, AT Capital also operates Juniper Green Energy, an independent power producer listed on the NSE and BSE. Outside India, it has invested approximately $1 billion in commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate projects across Europe.
In the Netherlands, AT Capital owns a 50 per cent stake in development company 3W Real Estate and is a partner in the Bajeskwartier Ontwikkeling CV consortium. The consortium is redeveloping the former Bijlmerbajes prison site in Amsterdam into a 1.45-million-sq.-ft. mixed-use district with around 1,350 homes. AT Capital has also invested in France, Poland and Spain.
