GHR Infra Starts Phase 1 Handover at Callisto
GHR Infra has commenced Phase 1 handovers at GHR Callisto, its smart and sustainable residential project in Kollur, West Hyderabad.
The handover marks a key delivery milestone for the large-format gated residential development, which comprises 1,190 homes.
GHR Callisto is an IGBC pre-certified Gold-rated project spread across 8.3 acres. It includes four towers, 11 wings and apartments in 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations.
The Phase 1 handover will allow homeowners to begin furniture work, interior planning and customisation before moving into their homes.
The handover event was attended by Shyam Sunder Reddy, Designated Partner, GHR Infra, and Karteesh Reddy Madgula, CEO, GHR Infra. They handed over possession kits to select homeowners.
The company said the interaction reflected customer satisfaction around the delivery milestone, with homeowners responding positively to the possession process and the opportunity to prepare their homes according to their lifestyle needs.
The project is positioned in the premium residential segment, with apartment sizes beginning at 1,195 sq ft. Public pricing for standard configurations starts from about Rs 83 lakh onwards. Its scale, amenities and location have helped it stand out in the Kollur micro-market.
GHR Callisto features a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse and nearly 70% open space. Its amenities include multiple swimming pools, gymnasium, indoor games, mini golf, cricket practice facilities, basketball court, children’s play areas, pet park, library, party lawns and barbecue space.
The project also includes smart home automation and sustainability features such as EV fast-charging stations, rainwater harvesting, organic waste composting and grey water treatment.
From an execution and quality perspective, GHR Callisto includes Integrated Project Management Services by TQCert Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Projects. The project has also used BIM-enabled processes to support construction precision and operational efficiency.
The development is registered under TG RERA No. P01100004554, adding compliance-led credibility for buyers and market observers.
Located in Kollur, the project benefits from connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and access to major employment and social infrastructure hubs, including the Financial District, Gachibowli, schools, hospitals and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
Karteesh Reddy Madgula, CEO, GHR Infra, said GHR Callisto has been planned as a community that brings together scale, delivery discipline and everyday liveability for homebuyers in West Hyderabad. He said the start of Phase 1 handovers moves the project from promise to lived experience.
He added that the project’s design intent, open spaces, smart-home features, sustainability systems and professionally managed execution ecosystem reflect GHR Infra’s commitment to building future-ready and resource-conscious communities.
The commencement of Phase 1 handovers reflects broader demand in Hyderabad for projects that combine timely delivery, scale, sustainability and a full-spectrum amenity offering. For Kollur, the milestone highlights the area’s continued growth as a residential destination supported by connectivity, planned development and end-user demand.
