Godrej Exceeds FY26 Target With Rs 20bn Land Buy In Nagpur

Godrej Properties has surpassed its annual business development guidance of Rs 20 billion for FY26 with the acquisition of a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur. This marks the company’s third land purchase in the city in four years.

The proposed development will primarily feature plotted residential units, offering an estimated saleable area of about 1.7 million square feet. The site is located near the Samruddhi Mahamarg and MIHAN SEZ, providing strong connectivity to key corridors including the Nagpur–Hyderabad highway and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties, said Nagpur continues to grow as a hub for infrastructure and industrial development, supported by improving connectivity and rising housing demand. He added that the acquisition marks a significant step in the company’s expansion plans as it strengthens its presence in emerging real-estate markets across India. Godrej aims to develop a high-quality plotted township that delivers long-term value for residents.
