Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has acquired a prime 26-acre land parcel near Sarjapur Road in South Bengaluru. The company plans to develop a premium residential project on the site, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,100 million.

The acquisition strengthens GPL’s presence in the Sarjapur corridor—one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing residential hubs. The area’s excellent connectivity to Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and Electronic City, coupled with high-quality social infrastructure, has made it a preferred location for homebuyers.

The corridor continues to demonstrate robust market fundamentals and strong absorption rates, reflecting its sustained appeal and growth potential. GPL already has a strong footprint in South Bengaluru with successful projects such as Godrej Park Retreat and Godrej Lakeside Orchards, both of which have witnessed strong sales momentum.
